"The images that follow are all the results of approaching a subject matter as a problem to be solved using the medium of watercolor. I do not approach the problem with the idea of using 'my formula'. I am not a formula painter. I feel that all the techniques available are possibilities and should be used when they will give the best results. Each image is approached with a fresh eye and a keen curiosity. Many of the paintings in the gallery are privately owned and some are still available. The attempt here was to show a cross section of my work."
