Northwest Watercolor Artist

Watercolor has been a part of my life for twenty one years. My passion for color and fascination with nature keep me in a creative state of mind. My nature subjects have earned first place awards with the Washington Society of Artists. My native fish paintings have been purchased by Northwest Galleries, and conservation organizations. As a third generation Washingtonian, I feel as much a native as the wild iris and great blue heron. I feel I have found my spirit in watercolors, painting subjects which have had a positive influence on my life. Having spent three summers in the Alaskan bush, and countless hours fishing in Washington, I acquired a love for the beauty of salmon and trout. My paintings have been acquired by nature lovers in New York, China, Nashville, and San Diego. I come from a familiy of talented fine artists, and am mostly self taught. I hope when viewing my works, you feel the spirit I feel when viewing the subject
