Singapore Watercolorist

Foo has been practising the aqua medium since 1986 and became one of the youngest members to join the Singapore Watercolour Society (SWS) in 1995 at the age of age 26. His works are in the collection of private collectors (New York, Japan, UK) as well as some institutions of learning. At present, he is a school teacher working with gifted children in the disciplines of language and art. His subject matter is varied and his style is realistic.
