BACKGROUND

Geoff Le Feuvre Watercolour Artist “ We often forget that Art is something that each and every one of us is born with and carries around inside. It is this Visual Language, that we see and is spoken to us daily, that very few of us are encouraged to learn how to speak ourselves ”. Geoff enjoys encouraging others to rekindle the hidden spirit within themselves and discover a truly wonderful form of expression that releases their inner feelings and visions! Through the Joy of the Watercolour Medium, Geoff speaks to us from his inner soul and invites us to participate with him in The Celebration of Life! Born in Ottawa, Ontario, this self-taught watercolour artist has lived and travelled in many parts of the English speaking world. A founding member of the Heart Lake Watercolour Society, he now resides in Brampton, Ontario and enjoys painting the surrounding countryside of Southern Ontario, a far cry from his former career as a consultant in the Aerospace Industry. He is a member of several Art Organizations in the Greater Toronto Area and teaches Watercolour Painting for the Peel and Etobicoke Boards of Education, as well as the Franklin Carmichael Art Centre of Etobicoke, City of York, Curry’s Art Stores and private workshops. He has exhibited frequently over the past couple of years in the Toronto area with both member and juried shows. He is also known for his commissioned portraits of houses, pets, and people in watercolour and has published a couple of limited-edition prints.
