Watercolors by Joy

I'm often struck by the way light comes across the hills, or the natural design of a tangle of weeds along a fenceline, or sun shining through clothes on a line. These images, "...what the road passes by" are often the subjects for my paintings.

I've "puttered" with pencil and paints since I was twelve, but only got serious about it when we moved to the mountains in West Virginia. I've had success with my efforts in regional and state exhibits and in galleries and gift shops. The next step is to share with a broader audience on the "net".
