Margaret Huddy is a signature member of the American and National Watercolor Societies. For 19 years she has maintained a studio in the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, VA, the oldest public Art Center in the US. She teaches at the Corcoran College of Art in Washington, DC and Design and The Art League School in Alexandria, VA. Margaret teaches workshops around the country and the world. Her award winning work is in many public and private collections.

Statement

I have traveled the world, brush in hand, capturing the varied landscape I find. This is such a rewarding experience, really absorbing the color of light and the essence of the terrain while meeting those who people it. My teaching has enriched both myself and the students in Italy, Ireland, Tunisia and Quebec.
