My web site is provided as quick access to many useful sites on the internet looking at watercolour as well as providing details of myself and the painting courses that I run. I have included details of my classes ets and have included so far two lessond for beginners. There are also links to other sites which includes fourteen of my own paintings

My Aims

I like to capture moods from blended colour washes poured onto the paper over which I paint flat bottom barges on the river Thames in the hard of London UK showing various landmarks. I use similar washes to create moods around the famous Stonehenge in England. My primary aim is good use of colour, with transparency, luminosity and maintaining light without the need to use white paint.
