About the Artist

Piper Taylor is a transplanted Oklahoman, living and working in Houston, TX. Piper studied graphic design at Oklahoma State University, where she was first introduced to watercolor. After college, Piper began a career in freelance illustration and pet portraiture. "I love animals and I love painting pets. Each has it's own unique personality, it's own character. Trying to capture that 'something' that makes a pet special is a challenge with each new portrait."
