Hello, my name is Tina and thank-you for checking my site. I've been painting since '94, and I can't tell you how intimidated I was to paint with watercolors for the first time but somehow we both clicked. Watercolors is the only medium I can use to make my work as translucent as I want and opaque as it needs to be-effortlessly. There are many art styles used to classify one's artwork and it becomes to technical and confusing, I like for the viewer to come up with their own conclusion but if you insist on a description, it is... Abstract,Figurative, Surreal, and Contemporary. I know, I know I can go on but you get what I mean right? If you would like to view my art, you can find it at Yessy.com/watercolorgirl or type Tina Stanfield in the search section. I hope to sell some paintings and support my habit-Painting.
